Francisco brings over three decades of executive and consulting experience with a deep focus on healthcare transformation, compliance, and business performance. As a former Partner at LLM&D, PSC, he led major consulting engagements for healthcare providers, public agencies, and corporate clients in Puerto Rico. His work has included financial and operational audits, Sarbanes-Oxley implementations, litigation support, and enterprise risk mitigation strategies.
At Triple-S Salud, Francisco held key executive roles including Vice President of Medical Groups and Financial Performance, and later Vice President of Healthcare Economics & Analytics, where he co-developed innovative clinical-financial models that improved quality of care and reduced system inefficiencies.
His multidisciplinary experience makes him a trusted advisor to boards, CEOs, and institutions seeking high-impact transformation.

Patricia is an experienced finance and business transformation leader with over 25 years of experience spanning auditing, budgeting, enterprise systems, and operational excellence. She has held senior roles in multinational corporations, most recently serving as Director of the Center of Excellence (COE) at Triple-S Group, where she led shared services integration, outsourcing optimization, and SAP implementation across subsidiaries.
Her background also includes leadership positions at KPMG, Arthur Andersen, and LLM&D, PSC, where she supported diverse clients in audit, compliance, and financial planning. Patricia’s unique value lies in aligning strategy, systems, and execution for measurable results.
